When will I get my order?

It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to process and ship orders within Metro Manila. Provincial deliveries take an average of 6 to 9 business days (sometimes it takes longer depending for remote places and depending on the Fastrack's  provincial partner courier (ie. LBC, 2GO, etc.) If your package still hasn’t arrived within the given timeline, email us with your order numner at hello@shopalwayssunday.com

Where do you ship?

Nationwide in the Philippines. We currently do not ship internationally. 

How will I get my order?

Your order will arrive through Fastrack's courier service. Provincial orders may arrive through their partner couriers (ie. LBC, 2GO, etc.)

I received my package but something is wrong...

Please email us at hello@shopalwayssunday.com with your concern. If there was any error with your orders, please include an image in your email.

You may pay via PayPal (credit card/debit card) if you have an account.

Bank Deposit

We accept bank deposit to our BDO or BPI account. You may deposit over the counter or through online banking. Please email us at hello@shopalwayssunday.com with an image or screenshot of your deposit slip.

Do I need an account to shop online?

You don't need to create an account. You can sign in as a guest at checkout, but creating an account will make future transactions easier.

Why can't I add an item to my cart?

The product your are trying to select is probably out of stock!
