Order Processing & Delivery
When will I get my order?
It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to process and ship orders within Metro Manila. Provincial deliveries take an average of 7 to 10 business days (sometimes, it could take longer for remote places or depending on the weather condition or depending on the provincial courier partners (ie. LBC, 2GO, etc.) If your package still hasn’t arrived within the given timeline, email us with your complete name and order number at email@example.com.
How much is shipping?
• P100 for orders within Metro Manila via XPost
• P200 for Provincial orders via LBC Express
• P150 for C.O.D. within Metro Manila only: Pasig, Marikina, San Juan, Mandaluyong, Quezon City, Makati, Pasay, Taguig, Pateros, Paranaque, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Manila, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela
• P300 for next day delivery for orders within Metro Manila only. Deliveries will be made after payment has been confirmed.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide in the Philippines. We currently do not ship internationally.
How will I get my order?
Your order will arrive through a courier service. Provincial orders may arrive through the courier's forwarding company.
I received my package but something is wrong...
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your concern. If there was an error with your orders, please include an image in your email.
You may pay via PayPal (credit card/debit card) if you have an account.
We accept bank deposit to our BDO or BPI account. You may deposit over the counter or through online banking. Please email us at email@example.com with a photo or screenshot of your deposit slip.
Cash On Delivery (COD)
C.O.D. is only available for orders delivered within Metro Manila. Your order will be delivered to your residence/office by the courier. Please prepare the exact amount and leave the payment with a representative in case you will be out.
Do I need an account to shop online?
You don't need to create an account. You can sign in as a guest at checkout, but creating an account will make future transactions easier.
Why can't I add an item to my cart?
The product you are trying to select is probably out of stock.
